This page provides references and software for the cluster analysis procedures based on Gaussian Infinite Mixture Models. The software consists of the R package gimmR and the self-standing software WinGimm. Linux and Windows versions of both gimmR and WinGimm are available as well as the documentation. You are free to use the code and software in any way you would like. However, if you do use and/or improve the code of the program, you have to make your code publicly available as specified in GNU General Public License. The model descriptions and performance comparisons can be found in papers below.
Please note that the newest Differential Co-expression Infinite Mixtures (DCIM) model can be currently used through the R package only. We are in the process of updating the GUI for self-standing application to provide such functionality as well.
